How we handle your information.
We collect the minimum we need to do good work, hold it as briefly as we can, and never sell it. This page explains exactly what that means in practice.

Who we are
Aproksha (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI implementation studio headquartered in Amaravathi, Andhra Pradesh, India. We design, build, and operate AI systems for businesses globally.

For our paying clients, the contractual agreement (MSA / SOW / DPA) governs how we process their data on their behalf. This policy describes our role as a data controller for our own business, not as a data processor on behalf of clients.
